You must be a good hardworking student, have good attendance, and have a desire to help people. You must be reliable and responsible. You must also behave in a mature manner as much of what you will do involves working with adults in a professional setting.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In this full year introductory course, students will explore various health career fields, earn First Aid and CPR cards, and determine interestes and aptitudes necessary to health care fields. Students will identify and practice appropriate workplace behaviors and discuss issues related to health and wellness. Students will spend first semester in the classroom and second semester at community worksites.
